If there is interest, the chef shows and tells you how the food is prepared, which spices are used and gives tips and tricks to achieve a perfectly prepared Norrland meal. If you just want to hang out and wait for the meal to be served, just sit down on the reindeer traps and watch the food being prepared. Menu suggestions are tailored according to wishes.
