Our route takes us through a beautiful birch forest and continues up over bare areas of primary rock, reminding you of pre-historic ages. Then we come to a majestic valley called Kärkevagge. The path meanders over eroded rock features formed by the most recent ice age.

Arriving at Rissájávri, better known as Trollsjön, you’ll marvel at the lake which glitters like fire in the sun. Lunch tastes really good after our final ascent. Relax for a while, take a dip, or just stroll around and enjoy the atmosphere before we return along the outflow of this enchanting lake.
