My name is Alex and my passion for food has taken me from Geneva to Ecuador and on to Lapland. My journey began at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Geneva and later led me to become a private chef for the former presidential family in Ecuador. For almost ten years, I crafted flavours and experiences as head chef at the Icehotel. Now I am realising my dream with my own fine dining restaurant: Alex
