CANCELLATION DUE TO SERIOUS ILLNESS OR UNFORESEEN EVENTS

In case of unforeseen events, it is possible to cancel tours outside the applicable cancellation rules. This means that if you meet and follow the conditions, you may receive up to 100% of the total amount refunded. Unforeseen events include:

You must be able to substantiate your inability to attend with documentation from a doctor, authority, or insurance company. The doctor’s note should include the diagnosis, the date of the first medical visit, and the reason why the doctor advises against traveling. The contact with the certifying party must have occurred before the tour was scheduled to start.

For you to receive a refund, the reason for your cancellation must generally be unforeseen, unexpected, and of such a nature that it is unreasonable for you to go on the trip. For example, if you lack the necessary travel documents, such as a passport, visa, or similar, we will not accept this as a valid reason for cancellation.
