Aurora tour with dinner in Abisko

Scandinavian Sami Photoadventures takes you to Abisko, a 1,5 hour drive from Kiruna. Here we have dinner and learn about the Sami culture, nature and the Northern Lights.

Join our local Sami guides to visit Abisko, one of the best places to see the northern lights. We provide you with tripods for your camera or mobile phone to get better pictures and give you an enjoyable evening with a 3-course dinner, where we talk about the Sami culture, nature, local history and the Northern Lights.

Depending on weather, we guide you in the Abisko area to experience the landscape and look for the Northern Lights, or we chase the Aurora Borealis on the way back to Kiruna. We can never guarantee that we will see the Aurora, but since we will pass several weather zones on the way to Abisko there is possible to get a glimpse of the aurora even when it is more or less cloudy in Kiruna.
