Unstoppable Markoolio – back where it all began to celebrate the 25th anniversary!

Because what would a 25th anniversary be without inviting a true legend? Kiruna Festival is turning 25, and we’re celebrating by welcoming back one of our most beloved festival artists – Markoolio. He was already on stage during the festival’s first year in the summer of 2000, and this summer he makes his third appearance at Kirunafestivalen. With immortal hits like “We’re going to the mountains”, “Sunbathe and bathe in Piña Colada” and “No summer without reggae”, the audience can count on pure festival euphoria. With his sense of humour and liberating self-distance, Marko “Markoolio” Lehtosalo is loved by all.
