Narvikfjellet and Lapland Resorts Announce Exciting Collaboration

December 10, 2024

Narvikfjellet and Lapland Resorts are excited to announce a thrilling collaboration that offers skiing enthusiasts a new and enhanced experience in the Arctic border region between Norway and Sweden. The partnership includes a joint ski pass and an enhanced marketing strategy, providing visitors with the opportunity to experience both Narvikfjellet and Lapland Resorts (Riksgränsen and Björkliden) with a single ski pass.

Shared Ski Pass – Easier for Guests

With the new ski pass, visiting ski enthusiasts can now experience three ski resorts with one pass. This new offering makes it easier for both local and international guests to access a wide range of slopes and facilities in both Narvik and Kiruna. It allows visitors to experience different snow conditions and terrain across three resorts, all located in the heart of Arctic nature.

Additionally, both Lapland Resorts and Narvikfjellet have decided to offer their respective season pass holders the opportunity to purchase a season pass for the other ski destination for an additional 500 SEK/NOK per person. The add-on can be purchased at the respective destination upon presentation of a valid season pass.

Strengthened Marketing – A Joint Boost

The collaboration also includes a shared marketing strategy to attract both skiing enthusiasts and adventurous tourists from around the world. Narvikfjellet and Lapland Resorts will now market their unique offerings under a joint product name, together contributing to raising awareness of the region as one of Europe’s top winter destinations.

A Bright Future Ahead

This collaboration gives us the opportunity to combine our strengths and offer our guests an even more varied and exciting winter experience. We look forward to making it easier for our visitors to experience the best of what both Narvikfjellet and Lapland Resorts have to offer,” says Stine Holt, Managing Director of Narvikfjellet.

We are very excited to enter into this partnership with Narvikfjellet. This collaboration allows us to reach more guests and offer them a unique experience on both sides of the border,” says Linda Andersson, General Manager of Lapland Resorts.
