Art in a model Town

This city tour shows spectacular views, special architecture, high-quality art, and the process of moving our city center. 120 years ago mining started in the area. The plan was to build a modern Model Town, with good conditions for the inhabitants. Art, education, and new technology were crucial in the process, today we call it social sustainability. Can we rebuild a new Model Town, and how to attract new citizens? We will observe the church, and the old town, and visit our new town hall/art museum. Our local guide has given courses in sustainable city planning and regional history.
