At Camp Ripan, we take food seriously. Yes, we actually think it is our responsibility to in the best possible way refine all of the fantastic raw ingredients the region has to offer. The food is affectionately prepared – without exaggeration or complication. Our meals are adjusted according to the raw local produce that is at its peak at the time. In our wine cellar, we store those wines that best complement the palate of the menu. Camp Ripan is here for you, and we look forward to guiding you on a culinary trip through the pantry of Lapland. Camp Ripan invites you to culinary experience of Kiruna’s three cultures- the Swedish, the Sami and the Tornevalley culture. These three cultures is what influences us in everything we do, in particular in our kitchen. This tasting menu represents Kiruna an our Arctic lifestyle, based on fantastic local produces that reflects the eight seasons of Lapland.
