Kultura Kiruna is a festival that brings together culture, sports, food, art, and music, transforming Kiruna into an epicentre of culture and joy.

Over 20 days in November, you can experience more than 100 events that cater to all senses and ages. There is room for both the familiar and the unexpected. Don’t miss “Norrbotten Berättar,” the Culture Walk, the Arctic Light Film Festival, and offerings from the Konstmuseet i Norr (Norrbotten’s County Art Museum), Kiruna City Library, Kiruna Riksteater & Cultural Association, and Aurora Culture & Congress, to name a few of the organisers.

During November 15–17, we will kick off the alpine season during Kultura Kiruna together with Kiruna’s ski and outdoor specialist, Höjdmeter. Svenska Fjällpremiären/The Swedish Alpine Opening at Luossavaarabacken will be a delightful mix of great skiing and snowboarding, gear testing, live music, film, food, and culture. Come and celebrate the start of winter and the ski season’s opening with us in Kiruna!
