My journey began at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant in Geneva and later led me to become a private chef for the former presidential family in Ecuador. For almost ten years, I crafted flavours and experiences as head chef at the Icehotel. Now I am realising my dream with my own fine dining restaurant: Alex<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here, I aim to combine classic dishes with modern finesse, local produce with international experience \u2013 in an intimate setting with just 26 seats per sitting.
